Josh Glaser

Josh has served on Regeneration’s staff team since 1999 and as its Executive Director since 2006.

He is the creator of Awaken: Strength, Heart, Mind, and Body–a robust, year-round course for men seeking deeper union with Jesus as their way to sexual integrity.

He is also the coauthor of Treading Boldly through a Pornographic World: A Field Guide for Parents (Salem Publishing, 2021).

Josh is a Certified Guide with Jay Stringer’s Unwanted course, has served on Desert Stream’s Living Waters Leadership Training team, and is a student of the late John Paul II’s teachings on Theology of the Body. In addition, Josh is currently pursuing his Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies from Denver Seminary. Josh is a speaker, writer, and blogger with a pastor’s heart. He has been married to his wife, Jamie, since 2001 and together they have four daughters and a son.

James Craig

James has a desire to help men as they seek more healing from Jesus to be the men they are created to be. His approach to coaching combines the Bible, spiritual formation, the power of the Holy Spirit, and psychological principles, all toward the aim of walking in deeper intimacy with Jesus and moving away from sexual sin.

James joined Regeneration’s team in 2021 as a spiritual coach and Awaken coordinator, as well as serving with the Path Through the Wilderness and content creation teams.

He is a deep thinker and loves to nerd out on theology, Star Wars, and music. He has been married to his wife Aissa since 2020 and they reside in Southern California.

Rebecca Baker

For over a decade, I have been honored to accompany clients as they take courageous steps toward hope into deeper healing. With extensive training in trauma and attachment work, I will work creatively, compassionately, and collaboratively with you to integrate your sense of self with your story and foster a greater connection with others.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, as well as an educational background in music, theology, and philosophy. I am certified to provide board-approved clinical supervision as well.
